For the Atrium Apartments project, we provided a full range of design services, starting with precise site measurements and creating a detailed 3D model of the existing property. Collaborating closely with the investor, we reimagined the development, strategically redesigning and value-engineering the project to optimize both cost and functionality. A key focus was significantly enhancing the curb appeal to attract high-quality tenants. Additionally, we assisted in sourcing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) to elevate the interior and exterior spaces. Our comprehensive approach not only transformed the property’s exterior but also ensured the project stayed on budget while achieving the investor’s vision for a modern, appealing living community.
