Mesa, AZ Flip

We completed full as-built measurements of the 3,750-sq-ft Mesa, AZ flip and developed an investor-tailored floor plan that adds a full bath and walk-in closet to the largest secondary bedroom, converts the open office into a bedroom, and transforms the small kids’ room into a hidden kitchen pantry. Throughout the redesign, we remained highly budget-conscious, strategically enhancing the layout while avoiding structural changes to maximize value without unnecessary costs. We also produced a detailed 3D model, photorealistic renderings, and an easy-to-navigate design book for the investors, builder, and trades. This project was completed in collaboration with House of Sheva, with completion anticipated in early 2026.
