The Parker Dam Residence was a full-service design project aimed at bringing the architect’s plans to life and positioning the home for potential pre-sale before breaking ground. Working closely with the investor, we expedited the entire design process—making all material, lighting, and fixture selections within a week and delivering final renderings in just 10 days. Originally intended as a spec build, the investors ultimately chose to keep the home for themselves. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2026.
