Our involvement with The One began with an accelerated request to deliver 20 photorealistic renderings within two weeks—requiring us to reconstruct the entire design in 3D, including the original designer’s material, lighting, and plumbing selections, which the investor ultimately found unsatisfactory. Impressed by the quality, clarity, and efficiency of our work, the investor chose to continue the project directly with our team—ultimately replacing the original designer. We quickly assumed the full design role, leading the development of key components including the kitchen, master closets, floating staircase, and exterior/landscape design. In addition to detailed visuals, we produced high-end flythrough animation videos to help bring the vision of the property to life. While we approached this project at a significantly reduced rate in the spirit of fostering a long-term partnership, it ultimately served as a reminder that not all collaborations are destined to align.
